Job Title: Audio Visual sales Manager Pay Range: $62,400 - $ 66,560 / annually Supervisor: Director of Audio Visual Location: Atlanta, GA Mission: ON Site is the "in-house" division of ON Services, LLC, a leading national provider of live event production services, including audio, video, speaker services and content management, interactive technology, scenic design, and more. Responsibilities: * Overall management of on-site audio visual sales process in a hospitality environment * Emphasis on lead generation, proposal creation/tracking, order confirmation, and follow-through to customer satisfaction * Understand customer vetting process to assess proper pricing and discount policy for maximum capture rate * Understand and implement SOX compliance guidelines for client order confirmation, payment/credit terms, and follow-up collections. * Promote exemplary customer service to both our facility customer/partner, and our mutual end-user clients * Maintain a professional image, as well as a safe and healthy work environment * Complete all required daily paperwork, as well as required ON Site training * Provide sales leads to ON Services as needed Education/Experience/Certification: * High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred * Five years' experience with in-house audio visual services * Background in music, recording, audio visual, computers or related technology fields preferred * Written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English required. Fluency in a second language is helpful * Organization skills and attention to detail are essential * Must have finger dexterity to operate office and audio visual equipment as needed * Proficiency in basic computer skills must be demonstrated * Requires physical mobility, including sitting, standing, walking, stooping, climbing, crawling, grasping, writing, repetitive motions, bending, listening, with applicable hearing and vision ability. * Ability to work well under deadlines and high pressure, with excellent problem solving skills
