With over 200+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico and Canada there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs Company Website : [please apply online] SUMMARY In the Branch Sales Associate role, you will be the face of our branch, providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and support to HVAC/R professionals and contractors who visit our location. Your enthusiasm for the industry, excellent communication skills and commitment to delivering top notch customer service will be the key to your success Duties and Responsibilities*: Branch Sales Associate * Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right HVAC/R products and supplies for their needs. Provide expert advice, product information, and recommendations. * Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring that all requested items are available, properly priced, and invoiced correctly. Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision. * Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our HVAC/R product inventory, including specifications, compatibility, and pricing. Stay up to date with industry trends and new product releases. * Stock Management: Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor. Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to the store manager. * Technical Support: Assist customers in troubleshooting and finding solutions to technical issues related to HVAC/R equipment and components. * Safety compliance: adhere to safety protocols and adhere to a clean and organized counter area. Maintain a safe working environment for both customers and colleagues * Documentation: Actively complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for customer transactions, including invoices, returns and warranty claims. Required Qualifications*: Branch Sales Associate * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in HVAC/R or a related industry. * Strong knowledge of HVAC/R products, equipment, and components. * Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in using computerized sales and inventory management systems. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of merchandise. * Standing and walking for extended periods. * Bending, stooping, and reaching to access products and supplies Full-time and Part-time positions are available.
