Job Summary As a Real Estate Agent in the Keller Williams Business Development Program, you'll begin an exciting journey to launch your real estate career. Key Responsibilities: * Client Representation : Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, ensuring their interests are protected. * Property Listings : Market properties for sale, including listing on Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and other platforms. * Market Analysis : Conduct a comparative market analysis to determine property values. * Negotiation : Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers. * Client Consultation : Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. * Property Showings : Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers. * Documentation : Prepare necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, contracts, and closing statements. * Networking : Build and maintain relationships with clients, other real estate agents, lenders, and home inspectors. * Marketing : Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients and sell properties. * Continuing Education : Stay updated with real estate laws, market trends, and best practices through ongoing education and training. Qualifications: * A valid real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong work ethic and a commitment to self-improvement. * Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes. * A passion for helping people find their dream homes or make profitable property investments.
