Our rapidly growing top 100 company would be nowhere without its successful sales team. We're seeking a qualified In Home Sales Representative to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on. The In Home Sales Representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at following up on leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Because you would be the face of the company, the sales representative must be both personable and professional. This is a commissioned-based sales role. Our top representatives earn upward of $150k annually. We offer extensive training, support, and the tools necessary for you to be successful. Duties & Responsibilities * Estimates project work scope and cost utilizing company CRM and pricing sheets. * Establishing the difference between our company and competitors. * Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products & services to the needs of customers. * Establishes prices, terms of sales, prepares contracts and orders. * Collaborates with production department, managers, and other staff to confirm the project is produced with accuracy and efficiency. * Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise during and after the sale. * Periodically reviews reports, status of projects, leads, and sales forecasts for the Sales Manager. * Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities * Experience with sales * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. * Ability to work in a CRM system.
