Natural Skincare & Acne Clinic is a Medical Spa located in Wheat Ridge, CO as well as an Online Tech Company that offers a 16-week Online Acne Program to people all over the world and hosts a E-commerce store. Our owner, Jessica Gremley, has also developed her own line of herbal supplements and skincare called Clove Hill. This roll will encompass working across both companies for the medical spa and skincare line. We were recently rewarded 3rd Fastest Growing Small Business by Denver Business Journal and won A-List's Best Medical Spa. We are a fast-growing company and are looking for a full-time team (family) member. We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team that is high energy and looking to make a difference. Responsibilities: * Be an excellent communicator who can pitch services and products with style and confidence * Ability to create high ticket treatment plans that range from $1[please apply online] * Implement existing marketing campaigns effectively, ensuring alignment with the target audience. * Share compelling marketing promotions and close sales * Have a polished appearance with an eager and positive attitude * Have a thorough understanding of the steps and procedures for conducting sales, including the ability to navigate our sales process with finesse * Utilize the tools and training provided to hit sales targets * Implement training programs on effective customer acquisition techniques and sales strategies. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. * Foster strong relationships with new customers to generate positive word-of-mouth referrals and reviews. * Willingness to step out of the office and actively network to perform sales, forging valuable connections with potential clients and industry influencers. * Work closely with the marketing team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and targets. * Participate in training programs, workshops, and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: * Proven sales track records in the beauty, wellness or med spa industry * Must be coachable and eager to learn new marketing and sales skills * Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a results-oriented mindset * Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a high-intensity sales environment * Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with management * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport * Strong ability to collaborate with a team while working independently and manage time effectively * Fearless and persistent, with a knack for turning obstacles into opportunities * Competitive spirit and willingness to take accountability * Must have reliable transportation, cell phone and valid driver's license Requirements: * Proven sales skills and ability to close high ticket program * Strong computer/technical skills (we have a sophisticated technology stack and try to automate appropriate tasks whenever possible) * In-depth knowledge of Health & Beauty Industry * Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as lead team projects Why Natural Skincare & Acne Clinic: Our mission is to help people live their fullest, happiest lives by helping them become permanently clear of acne.
