Royal Customs Brokers / Speed International Logistics is looking to add an International Logistics Sales Representative to our growing International Department. An International Logistics Sales Representative will be responsible for working within the International Department, handling sales for US Customs clearances and Freight forwarding for international shipments, upselling services, and warm calling clients for perspective business. Responsibilities: * Make Sales Calls to Obtain New and Former Business and to Existing Customers * Manage incoming quotes from current customers * Handle negotiation of rates with partners and carriers * Reporting back to clients, keeping them up-to-date with the progress of their shipments. * Meet with clients weekly to ensure their expectations, initiatives and needs are being met and exceeded * Consistently deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction to maximize customer perception and retention * Actively seek new revenue opportunities in each clients' program such as new opportunities and value-added programs. * Develop good interpersonal communication with clients, co-workers and supervisors. * Tack activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status within our CRM.
