Duties * Develop and implement strategies for business development to enhance client relationships and expand market presence. * Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our services and identify their needs. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support, ensuring client satisfaction. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client expectations. * Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. * Lead initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention through effective communication strategies. * Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and recommend actionable strategies.
