Full description of the position

We are a small but successful independent Brokerage offering Personal Lines Insurance (Auto, Home, Life, Recreational, Etc) and our primary market is in AZ with the ability to place business in 35 States in the US. Our Team is looking to grow by hiring an eager and hungry associate to take over inbound referrals while working to build and maintain existing client relationships to drive in supplemental business. We have one opening currently that will act as a supporting role for sales and service as the CEO and Owner steps out of the day to day insurance sales position and defers the 500+ annual referrals to the new Team Member. This new Team Member will be responsible for deligating work to the servicing team, doing light service work, presenting prequalified quotes to clients, answering licensed insurance questions, and selling policies for additional compensation. The income potential is limitless for this new Team Member as the role will continue to develop over time and it is a base plus comission structure unlike any offered elsewhere.
