Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selling packages that meet their weight loss goals.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process sales efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge in basic computer operations and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and Saturdays as needed. Pay: $20.00 per hour plus commissions Schedule:
• Day shift
