Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven Assistant Manager / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sales, particularly in selling service-based or package treatments within a medical spa or luxury wellness setting. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional who thrives on building relationships, educating clients on aesthetic treatments, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Consultations: * Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend personalized treatment plans. * Proactively promote and sell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products. * Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Client Experience & Relationship Management: * Deliver a high-touch, consultative sales approach to ensure clients feel valued and informed. * Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Address client inquiries with expert knowledge of treatments and skincare products. Operational Support & Leadership: * Assist with front desk duties, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. * Support team members in maintaining an inviting, professional spa environment. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge through ongoing training. * Qualifications: * Experience: 1-2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within a medical spa, high-end salon, or wellness industry. * Sales Expertise: Strong ability to sell service-based packages and exceed revenue goals.
