What You 'll Do: * Convert warm leads into loyal patients by scheduling onsite dental care -- all leads will be provided. * Engage with potential and existing patients to understand their needs and offer solutions. * Coordinate appointments and services with a focus on quality care. * Drive revenue growth through strong communication and outbound calling efforts. Your Experience and Skills: * 1+ year of proven success in inside/outside sales (preferred). * Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. * Self-starter with strong organizational skills. * Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment. Requirements: * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Strong sales track record with a commitment to success. * Ability to pass a background check. * Must be available to work onsite at our Delray Beach headquarters (M-F, 8am - 5pm).
