Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and a background and passion for sales. You will play a crucial role in driving business development initiatives and contributing to our overall growth strategy. Pay: $21/hr + $10 per appointment set Schedule: 20 hours between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Location: Costco located at 5195 Wadsworth Blvd, Arvada, CO 80002 Duties * Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets. * Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, to manage lead information and track progress. * Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging leads and converting them into clients. * Negotiate terms and conditions with prospects while maintaining a high level of customer service. * Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the lead generation process. * Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to effectively communicate value propositions. Experience * Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred. * Strong background in customer service with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Familiarity with business development practices and strategies. * Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism.
