Do you have what it takes to propel your sales career to the next level? At RFA Cancellation, we specialize in helping individuals cancel their unwanted timeshare contracts through a proven, legal, and ethical process. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional results, offering peace of mind to our clients, and providing them with a clear path forward. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our dedicated, in-office team. If no Timeshare Experience need not apply. EARN a minimum of $200,000.00 to $300,000 your first year by engaging with prospective clients who want to cancel their timeshare agreements. This is an in-office position where you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on high-value transactions, ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 (or more). Since the leads are pre-scheduled and warm, your focus will be on presenting, answering questions and closing the deal to 3-4 appointments per day. There is absolutely no prospecting, only preset appointment leads from qualified sources (TV, Radio, Direct Marketing, etc). We have cancelled thousands of timeshares and have a very strong back end service that you can rely on to service your clients. Key Responsibilities: * Close High-Ticket Sales: Attend scheduled presentations with qualified prospects and close sales by educating clients on the timeshare cancellation process and addressing any concerns. * Consultative Sales Approach: Engage with potential clients in a professional and empathetic manner, understanding their unique situation and presenting a tailored solution. * Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by closing high-value deals. * Manage Presentations: Take full ownership of the sales process during the client presentation, ensuring you clearly explain the benefits of our services and how we can solve the client's problem. * Close Deals: Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and secure client agreements to proceed with the timeshare cancellation. * Provide Excellent Client Service: Ensure every interaction is client-focused, delivering clarity and confidence that drives the decision to purchase. Requirements: * Proven Sales Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in closing high-ticket sales. Previous experience in timeshare, real estate, or financial services is a plus. * Strong Negotiation Skills: Able to effectively address objections, negotiate, and close sales during presentations. * Excellent Communication Skills: Able to clearly and confidently present information, listen to client concerns, and adjust your pitch accordingly. * Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated: Must be driven to achieve sales targets and work well in a performance-driven environment. * Professional Demeanor: Comfortable engaging with clients over the phone, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decision. * On-Site Availability: Must be available to work in our office location.
