Overview AURCORE Technology Inc. are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to provide exceptional support to our clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, delivering product demonstrations, and facilitating the pre-sales process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SMB / Enterprise computer networking switches and technical sales, along with proficiency in relevant technologies. Responsibilities * Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for effective customer engagement. * Assist in the preparation of proposals and technical documentation. * Provide pre-sales support by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. * Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development. * Manage projects related to client implementations, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape. Qualifications * Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of computer networking concepts. * Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS and virtualization technologies like VMWare. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is a plus. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions. * Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. * Experience with Linux operating systems is desirable. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
