Essential Functions: * Create an exceptional buying experience for customers, fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. * Assist customers in selecting and purchasing RVs and marine products, providing comprehensive walk-through presentations. * Establish and maintain rapport with customers throughout the sales process, serving as a liaison between them and all dealership departments. * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining open lines of communication with potential buyers until their needs are met. * Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and educate customers on the use of RVs and marine equipment. * Participate in ongoing training sessions and vendor training, including morning meetings and attending RV shows 2-3 times annually. * Cultivate relationships with parts personnel to assist customers with accessory and parts needs. * Most importantly, have fun while selling dreams and creating memorable experiences for customers! Requirements: Education, Experience, and Work Requirements: * Previous sales experience is not mandatory, but a minimum of 3 years in a customer relations or sales-related role is preferred. * High school diploma required; a college degree is a plus. * Valid NYS driver's license. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. * Proficient computer literacy to manage orders and customer information. * Professional appearance and attitude are essential. * Strong understanding of RVs and marine products is a plus, but not required. Salary Description: * This position is commission-based, providing unlimited earning potential for driven individuals. * Can earn upwards of 100k per year!
