Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Demonstrate products through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers. * Supervise and assist team members in achieving sales goals while fostering a collaborative work environment. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. . Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Ability to help customer understand value in product. * Ability to supervise team members while promoting a positive work culture. * A passion for providing excellent customer service and enhancing the shopping experience. * Experience with product demonstrations is a plus but not required.
