Work Optimization Consultant - Remote We seek an experienced Work Optimization Consultant to join our company. The right consultant will develop strategies for clients and increase business growth across the U.S. Compensation & Benefits: * Fully remote role * Competitive base salary: $130K - $150K + commission * Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement) * PTO & Vacation Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with workplace teams for large enterprise clients * Assess and enhance workplace strategies for small to mid-sized businesses * Integrate strategic insights into design processes * Optimize budgets while maximizing workplace impact Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred * 3+ years of hands-on experience in workplace strategy or optimization * Proficiency in workplace utilization data analysis * Ability to align business objectives with space planning needs * Established client portfolio to bring to the role If you're a results-driven professional passionate about optimizing work environments, we'd love to hear from you!
