About the Role: As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sales Engineer to manage and expand customer relationships within our Hollow Metal Door & Frame business unit. This position is part of a team-based selling model and focuses on account management, client retention, and revenue growth within an established customer base. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, relationship-oriented sales professional with experience in the commercial door and frame industry. In this role, you'll work closely with key accounts to ensure exceptional service, while proactively identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and deepen client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business. * Provide expert guidance on hollow metal doors, frames, hardware, and related security solutions. * Fully engineer and specify the components needed for the solutions we sell. * Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and installers to deliver seamless solutions. * Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current client base. * Support customers with technical product knowledge and troubleshooting. * Maintain an organized pipeline in CRM and track account activities. * Stay updated on industry standards, products, and emerging trends. Qualifications & Skills: * 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry. * Strong farmer mindset with a proven ability to maintain and expand client relationships. * Technical knowledge of hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware solutions. * Experience with Fire Door Inspections is a plus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-selling environment. * Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM's (ServiceTitan). * A valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
