Responsibilities

:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs
• Present high-quality HVAC solutions and close sales deals
• Follow up with clients and maximize sales opportunities
• Represent AND Services at industry events and develop your territory
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

:

• Proven HVAC or in-home sales experience (2+ years)
• Highly motivated, confident, and money-driven
• Strong closer mentality - ability to turn leads into sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
• Valid driver 's license (company car provided) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,264.00 - $149,798.00 per year Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
