Duties We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market. This role requires excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as a solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional service throughout the entire process. * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. * Conduct market research to identify potential properties and assess market trends. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. * Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and advertisements. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. * Stay informed about local real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing practices. * Provide administrative support related to real estate transactions, including paperwork and documentation. * Organize property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants. * Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Requirements * A valid real estate license is required.
