BASE PAY + PERFORMANCE COMMISSIONS THIS IS NOT SOLAR We are hiring rockstars to join the front end of our sales team in a Field Marketing capacity. This position has a solid base hourly pay that a motivated rep can turn into a six figure income. You just need to be good at the front end of the sale and schedule quality appointments for our in home energy consultants. When the appointment runs you qualify for your bonus even if the appointment doesn't result in a sale. As a Front End Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company scheduling appointments for a FREE Home Energy Checkup that is backed by our local utility companies (again, this isn't solar). We will leverage your time and skill based on your strengths.
