Known for their vibrant sales culture and commitment to team success, they provide sales professionals with the tools, leads, and environment necessary to thrive and grow their income exponentially. Key Responsibilities * Handle both inbound and outbound calls, using persuasive communication skills to convert inquiries into sales. * Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to post-sale support. * Consistently exceed sales quotas while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and punctuality. Requirements * Previous telemarketing or phone sales experience with a proven track record of success. * Experience within the moving brokerage industry is highly preferred. * Familiarity with CRM systems; Granot software experience is a strong advantage. * Highly motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about sales success.
