Continental Flooring Company is an Arizona based family-owned contractor providing nationwide flooring and ceiling tile services for primarily government customers. Responsibilities Include: * Networking with customer database full of current customers and prospects * Learning to effectively sell within our industry * Understanding technical aspects of the position in order to create accurate and intelligent sales estimates based on your onsite measurements * Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external partners * Customers are primarily Federal, State and Local Government agencies located throughout the state of Arizona Qualifications include: * Positive, self-motivated attitude a must * Team player with a desire to win * Personable with good closing skills * Excellent customer service skills * Proven oral, written and interpersonal communication skills * Tech-savvy with ability to learn new and changing software * No prior sales experience required Excellent benefits package of salary plus commission with benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, Vacation, and 401(k) plan.
