What You'll Do * Manage incoming leads and showroom walk-ins. * Conduct consultations with homeowners and convert opportunities into sales. * Oversee client experience from initial visit through completed installation. * Track and report key business metrics weekly. * Solve problems proactively and help refine operational processes. * Work closely with the business owner to build the premier kitchen remodeling brand in Palm Beach County. What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering preferred). * 2+ years of professional sales or operations experience (any industry). * High drive, strong ownership mentality, ability to think on your feet. * Clear communicator, confident in leading conversations with clients. * Organizational skills to track multiple projects and deadlines. * Excited by fast growth, real responsibility, and career acceleration.
