Overview

: We are seeking an organized part-time Junior Assistant to provide admin and floor support to our Sales Team and Managers. This role is perfect for someone who is in college, a recent graduate, senior high school student in the work program or anyone who is eager to learn and grow with our team. Ideal Candidate : -Must have an "I can do it" attitude -Must have own vehicle to drive to work -Team player -Bubbly friendly personality -Flexible to work all shifts including Saturdays and holidays -Computer and IPad skills

Duties

: - Provide assistance to Sales Team - Manage calendars and set appointments for customer - Offer exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Perform front desk duties, including receiving and directing visitors, and handling mail and packages -Run dresses back to racks -Provide assistance to Sales Team -Provide flow support with taking pictures, gift bags, greeting customers, cleaning dressing rooms, creating celebration signs, and helping the Sales Team - Demonstrate strong computer literacy skills, using various software applications and systems to complete tasks efficiently - Clean and organize the show room, kitchen and bathrooms - Conduct proofreading and editing tasks to ensure error-free materials - Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard

Requirements

: - High school diploma, high school work release program or equivalent. -Great communication. -Reliable and good work ethic - Willingness to learn and grow with our team -Saturday shifts are mandatory Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift Work Location: In person
