Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by selling and servicing insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and be able to effectively communicate with clients. Responsibilities: - Sell and service insurance policies to new and existing clients. - Conduct needs assessments to determine the best insurance products for clients. - Analyze clients' financial situations and provide recommendations on insurance policies that best fit their needs. - Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service. - Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities and increase revenue. - Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in insurance policies and regulations. - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Strong background in insurance sales or benefits administration. - Proven track record of success in outside sales and negotiating contracts. - Fluency in Spanish or bilingualism is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions. - Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations, including HIPAA. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
