Responsibilities

:

• Routinely hitting weekly call/activity volume performance metrics
• Successful completion of our training regimen
• Provide high-level guidance/support to buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate transaction
• Conduct market research to determine accurate property values
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
• Provide exceptional customer service to all you transact with

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
• Regular attendance on Zoom for phone time, meetings, and training

Compensation

:

• 50/50 split for most company-generated buying opportunities
• 90/10 split for self-generated business We are ONLY seeking full-time, committed sales professionals looking to take their real estate business to the next level.
