Blue View Real Estate is growing, and we're on the hunt for a licensed Real Estate Assistant to support our lead broker and help manage the increasing workload on the administrative and listing side of things. We're looking for someone who is:

• Licensed and ready to go - You must have an active real estate license.
• Driven and eager to grow - This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of real estate while gaining experience directly under a seasoned broker.
• Organized and detail-oriented - You'll help take control of transactions once a client signs, assisting with listings, paperwork, timelines, and showings.
• Reliable and responsible - We need someone who can be counted on to follow through and take initiative.
• Creative and collaborative - You'll also support a handful of our 20 agents with tasks like posting sales updates on Facebook and other miscellaneous duties. What You 'll Do:
• Assist the broker with new listings, transaction coordination, and client communication.
• Coordinate and attend showings as needed.
• Manage timelines and paperwork post-signing to ensure smooth transactions.
• Help maintain and update listing info on MLS and marketing platforms.
• Create occasional social media content for our agents' sales and milestones.
