As an Customer Service Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing clients have the appropriate coverage for their needs.

Duties

- Provide Customer service to various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes - Assist clients in filing insurance claims - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly - Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations Skills - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus - Proficiency in telemarketing techniques - Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products - Excellent customer service skills - Effective communication skills to interact with clients - Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
