Overview We are seeking a self motivated and results driven Marine Salesperson. In this role you will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned boats of all makes and sizes. Building strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional buying experience is top priority. You will work closely with clients to understand their boating needs and guide them through the purchase process. Responsibilities * Respond to leads generated thru marketing platforms and advertising. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and networking. * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with the the management team to understand the sales process. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions. * Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to improve product development. Qualifications * Experience in in the marine business and or marine sales. * Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. * Experience with inside sales process and lead generation strategies. * Ability to analyze data effectively to make informed decisions. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
