Role Description: This is a full-time position based in Allen, TX, listed as hybrid due to a required two-week in-office training period. After training, you'll have the flexibility to work fully remote--or continue working in the office if you prefer a team environment. As a Sales Consultant at Classic Country Land, you'll have the freedom to shape your own success, with the potential to earn $150,000 to $500,000 annually--driven by your effort, creativity, and determination. You'll be responsible for generating your own leads, answering customer inquiries, and managing the entire sales process. Producing your own leads relies heavily on your marketing capabilities, so your ability to promote and attract customers is crucial. Think of this role as running your own business with the support of our extensive inventory and decades of experience. Much like a real estate agent working under a broker, your success will largely depend on your ability to market effectively, build relationships, and continuously grow your leads and sales. Responsibilities : * Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Craigslist, mailers, and eBay to generate leads * Present, promote, and close land sales with prospective customers through effective communication and relationship-building. * Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships. * Achieve sales targets and outcomes within agreed timelines. * Handle post-sale inquiries related to property location and boundaries Qualifications: * "Go Getter" mentality and adaptability. * Proven proficiency in marketing, sales, and business development. * Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive consistent sales growth * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships Compensation & Commission: * Commission is 10% of sales price with an additional bonus on your first 10 sales * NO COMMISSION CAP Sales Tools: * Personalized website link for each salesperson * CRM for tracking leads and customer interactions * Google Suite for email, documents, and chat * Phone integration for phone and text communications Note: A real estate license is not required for this position, and we welcome applicants with or without prior real estate experience.
