Job Title: Microsoft Solutions Architect Location: Flexible - Remote/Hybrid (Preferred near West Palm Beach, FL) Employment Type: Full-Time Seniority Level: Senior/Director Job Overview: Onshore Outsourcing seeks a highly-motivated, hands-on technical leader to drive growth and innovation within our Microsoft Center of Excellence (CoE). This senior position combines strategic leadership, technical mentorship, pre- sales engineering support, direct client engagement, and hands-on project work across Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 solutions (with an emphasis on compliance/security through Microsoft Purview). Key Responsibilities: * Lead technical strategy and expand the capabilities of our Microsoft CoE, mentoring and developing junior staff. * Directly engage with clients, delivering technical excellence and fostering long-term trust and confidence. * Provide hands-on technical expertise across Azure architecture, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), Microsoft 365, SharePoint (Online & On-Prem), Teams, Viva, Microsoft Entra (AAD), and Exchange Online, including Purview compliance and security solutions. * Support pre-sales engineering activities, collaborating with sales and business teams to win and retain key clients. * Provide hands-on support for ongoing Power Platform projects (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), including deploying and customizing the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit. * Lead technical delivery for strategic projects, such as SharePoint/Teams cloud migrations and Microsoft Copilot deployment including development and integration of Copilot agents, data governance, prompt strategy, and security, for enterprise clients with stringent compliance requirements. * Troubleshoot and architect complex Microsoft-based solutions, addressing both strategic and tactical business needs. Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies with deep knowledge in Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint (Online & On-Prem). * Proven experience architecting Microsoft-based enterprise solutions (cloud, hybrid, and on-prem). * Expertise in deploying and customizing the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit. * Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot deployment including development and integration of Copilot agents, data governance, prompt strategy, and security. * Ability to troubleshoot and architect solutions around Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Microsoft Entra (AAD), and Exchange Online. * Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred. * Significant experience with Microsoft compliance/security solutions (especially Microsoft Purview). * Proven track record in technical mentoring, leadership, and practice development. * Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business outcomes. * Demonstrated pre-sales engineering support and solution design expertise. * Highly motivated self-starter comfortable with hybrid or remote work settings. Compensation: * Competitive total compensation package (base salary plus performance bonuses, typically 10-15% of total compensation). * Estimated total compensation range: $170K-$220K annually, commensurate with experience and location.
