Responsibilities: As an Acquisitions Associate with Maestro Property Buyers, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, analyzing, and acquiring properties that align with our investment strategies. Your responsibilities will include: * Identifying potential investment properties through various channels such as direct to seller lead generation MLS listings, off-market sources, networking, and more. * Conducting thorough property evaluations, including market analysis, comparables research, and financial assessments to determine investment viability. * Negotiating with sellers and making offers to secure properties at favorable terms and prices, while maintaining strong professional relationships. * Collaborating with our team to develop and execute effective acquisition strategies based on market trends and company goals. * Contributing to the growth of our rental portfolio and successful flip properties through strategic initiatives. * Participating in property showings, inspections, and due diligence processes as needed. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have: * A minimum of 1 year of proven real estate investment acquisitions experience in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. * A valid real estate agent license. * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with sellers and industry professionals. * Proficiency in property analysis, market research, and financial evaluation. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. * The drive to thrive in a commission-based compensation structure. * A passion for real estate investment and an eagerness to contribute to the growth of our company. This position is PERFORMANCE-BASED (performance minimums in place) with the Agent able to earn additional profits via the following: -Commission splits on Wholesale Profit Transactions for acquisitions and dispositions. -Acquisition/Management Fee splits for properties purchased to renovate/flip or renovate/rent on behalf of the company -Commission splits on Net Flip Profits for properties acquired by the agent on behalf of the company -Ability to earn full commissions as a Real Estate Agent. -Agent will also have the opportunity to list properties ( that are acquired by the agent on behalf of the company) on the back-end for sale/lease once the renovation is completed. -Additional bonuses and incentives based on performance.
