We are looking for a highly motivated sales assistant to join our growing remodeling sales team. This role entails meeting with customer to explain the features and merits of pool remodeling. After gathering customers' needs and expectations, you will assist in developing a design using Pool Studio software and recommend a backyard pool design utilizing professional sales techniques and the company pricing workbook methodology. The Remodeling/Sales Assistant will be an integral point of contact with the customer through the sales process and will provide a warm handoff to the construction department. You will also pursue relationships with related businesses (i.e., landscapers and builders) to identify new sales prospects for a growing referral base. Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop pool and yard amenities design solutions for residential remodel projects. * Learn Pool Studio (an easy to learn custom pool design program) to create designs as required for client presentations. * Review the client's property and accurately measure the existing structures to prepare a design. * Prepare budgets, estimates and proposals based on the design concepts. * Prepare a detailed sales contract from the estimate and drawings and contract the job. * Assist with coordination and oversight of the permitting process through communication with our drafting team. * Perform client communications and customer service throughout the project. * Work diligently to meet deadlines and client expectations. * Perform administrative assignments, as needed Education and Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
