Job Title: ALVIC USA Territory Market Representative (Southern Texas USA) Location: Alvic USA Job Summary: As a Territory Market Representative for San Antonio,*Texas* at ALVIC USA, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth within your designated region. This involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will also be in charge of managing independent representatives in their assigned territories by providing guidance and training to ensure they achieve their individual goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients is essential, as is identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence. Regular analysis of sales performance and market trends will inform your strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with ALVIC USA's overall objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to market demands and customer needs. Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Generation: * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. * Present, promote and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers. * Meet or exceed sales targets and goals within the assigned territory. * Client Relationship Management: * Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. * Understand customer needs and requirements, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively. * Product Knowledge: * Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. * Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors. * Sales Reporting: * Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses. * Track sales activities and maintain accurate customer records using CRM software. * Provide feedback to the sales team and management about customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. * Negotiation and Closing: * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales. * Ensure that terms of sales are communicated clearly and are in the best interests of both the company and the customer. * Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. * Team Collaboration: * Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide excellent customer service. * Share best practices, sales techniques, and strategies with the sales team. * Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: * Education: o Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred but not required). * Experience: o Proven experience as a Territory Sales manager in the cabinetry/ panel manufacturing industry or similar. o Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools. * Skills: o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. o Strong ability to understand and address customer needs. o Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach. o Strong organizational and time-management skills. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related software. Personal Attributes: * High levels of integrity and professionalism. * Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset. * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * At least 60% travel required.
