Student Sales Representative (Enrollment Advisor) - Closer & Executor West Palm Beach, FL | Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

: We are a fast-growing dental training school seeking a highly driven, execution-focused sales closer to enroll students into life-changing dental programs. If you're someone who takes action, follows through, and makes things happen , this is for you. We don't need someone who just talks about closing --we need someone who executes, follows up relentlessly, and gets enrollments across the finish line. Your

Responsibilities

:

• Own the sales process --convert inbound leads from social media, Google Ads, trade shows, and referrals into enrolled students.
• Up-sell past students
• Follow up like a pro --calls, texts, emails--whatever it takes to close the deal.
• Build rapport fast --understand students' goals and show them why our programs are their best path forward.
• Handle objections & close--guide leads through payment options, grants, and career outcomes with confidence.
• Go to career fairs we're invited to- to get leads
• Execute outreach to dental offices
• Be an executor, not just a planner --take immediate action and get results.
• Track & optimize performance--keep accurate records in our CRM and refine your approach to hit weekly & monthly enrollment goals.

Who You Are

: A Sales Closer - You have a proven track record of getting deals done. An Executor - You don't wait for instructions; you see what needs to be done and take action. A Persistent Follow-Up Machine - You don't let leads slip through the cracks. A Strong Communicator - You simplify complex information, handle objections, and build trust fast. Tech-Savvy - Comfortable with different softwares to track leads and outreach. Qualifications

• Plus if Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills. We have programs that are in Spanish also not only English.
• Prefer proven experience in recruiting and working with students
• Proficient in public speaking and sales techniques Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,947.00 - $95,000.00 per year
