Summary Description Do you have a passion for real estate and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to the field? We are looking for a driven individual to become a part of our team as a Real Estate Specialist. In this position, you will oversee property listings, perform market evaluations, and help clients discover their ideal homes. Your skills will be vital in negotiating agreements and facilitating smooth transactions. Responsibilities * Prospect for Buyers and Sellers * Convert incoming leads * Set and hold Buyer and Seller Consulting Appointments * Analyze the Buyer's and Seller's needs and goals * Provide Housing and Community Information Research * Preview and show homes * Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers and sellers * Execute company lead generations systems weekly * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers * Conduct two open houses monthly * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home * Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications * Must have a CA real estate license * Over 2 years of experience in real estate sales * Must have knowledge of the Long Beach and surrounding communities * Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge * Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions * Proficient in prospecting and generating leads * Naturally adept at overcoming objections * Excellent communicator with a dedication to service * Collaborative team member * Strong written and verbal communication abilities * Eager to learn and grow * Highly organized * Open to learning scripts and dialogues * Superior time management skills About-our-team About Us At the Anderson Real Estate Group, we're proud to be powered by a cutting-edge real estate brokerage and technology platform that's transforming how top agents serve their clients.
