Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused individual to represent our brand at key home shows throughout the year. This role is responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing detailed information about our products and services, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will be personable, enthusiastic, and confident in engaging with people. The position offers competitive base pay along with performance-based incentives tied to appointment bookings and overall customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: * Attend home shows throughout the year, representing our brand and products. * Manage, and maintain the booth/stand during the event, ensuring it is well-organized and visually appealing. * Greet and engage with visitors to the booth, providing information and answering questions about our products or services. * Encourage visitors to schedule appointments. * Assist in collecting contact information and keeping detailed records of leads. * Promote special offers, product benefits to drive interest. * Collaborate with the team to ensure the booth is staffed at all times and the event runs smoothly. * Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor while representing the company. * Handle any customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner. Requirements: * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals. * Previous experience in event-based roles is a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-energy environment. * Comfortable using digital tools to schedule appointments and track leads. * Ability to stand for extended periods of time. * Driver's License * Previous experience working at home show * Availability to attend all scheduled home shows (dates provided in advance) Compensation: * Competitive base pay, up to $30 an hour * Performance-based incentives for successful appointment scheduling and lead generation. Job Type: Part-time, Event-Based (4-12 home shows per year) Locations: Throughout Buffalo and Rochester Areas!
