Description: Job Title: Bilingual Sales Advocate Our company is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional selling skills and customer service experience. This is a full-time position with weekly pay, offering an hourly wage plus commission. Open work availability is required. Responsibilities: * Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions * Meet and exceed sales targets and goals consistently * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty * Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions * Requirements: * Fluent in both English and Spanish REQUIRED * Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software We welcome applicants who are passionate about sales and customer service and who thrive in a dynamic team environment.
