Summary As an Outbound Sales Representative at FOCUS LLC, you will play a vital role in driving our sales initiatives by reaching out to potential clients and presenting our marketing solutions. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of helping businesses grow and succeed. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in the value and benefits of digital advertising on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. * Ability to quickly develop repour with potential customers through effective communication. * Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals. * Document all interactions with clients in CRM for tracking purposes. * Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Requirements: * Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound b2b sales is a plus. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results. * Familiarity with Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertising is a plus. * Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently while being open to coaching and direction. * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
