Property and Casualty Agent Our client in Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced P & C Agent. The ideal candidate enjoys the challenge of growing and shaping a new agency, while reaping the benefits thereof. Compensation can be structured as either base plus commission, or straight commission. While experience is crucial for this position, they do offer comprehensive training and development opportunities, and a supportive and collaborative work environment. Property and Casual ty Responsibilities : * Identify and pursue new business opportunities. * Develop and maintain a strong client base. * Provide expert advice on property and casualty insurance products. * Process insurance applications and renewals. * Stay current with industry trends and regulations. Property and Casual ty Requirements: * Valid Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License. * Strong sales and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. * Management experience a plus. * Solid work history.
