Our San Antonio-based team specializes in delivering customer-centric business development solutions to a diverse range of clients. We recently secured a major contract with AT&T to support the execution of a customer outreach campaign, and we are seeking a qualified Business Sales Associate to join our team. This is a client-facing position responsible for delivering high-quality sales presentations, building lasting relationships with customers, and driving brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities: * Engage directly with potential and existing customers, conducting comprehensive product presentations tailored to meet their specific needs. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and retention. * Demonstrate a thorough understanding of AT&T's products, services, promotions, installation processes, and account support offerings. * Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. * Process customer orders accurately, maintain detailed records of interactions, and comply with all internal policies and regulations. * Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport, resolving issues, and fostering trust with customers. * Identify opportunities for future business growth and referrals through relationship-building techniques. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role is required. * Experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry is highly valued. * Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and clients. * Must be available to work on-site at our San Antonio corporate office. * Eager to be part of a growing organization that values employee development and well-being. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
