Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a customer-focused attitude. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members. * Provide exceptional customer support by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately. * Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents. * Prepare reports and presentations as needed for internal meetings. * Serve as a personal assistant to executives, managing travel arrangements and other administrative tasks. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations. Experience * Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within an office environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing positively to the workplace culture. This is a part time position with a potential to be a full time opportunity in the future. Must have their own computer and reliable internet service.
