For methodology, please see [please apply online] $85,000 - $125,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutions * Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position * Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner * Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs * Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements Qualifications: * Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficial * Required knowledge and experience working in the insurance or financial services field * Some sales experience needed * Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required * Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupation About Company * Keeping a promise to help you protect and prosper for over 175 years At the heart of New York Life is a commitment to be there for our customers when they need us--whether today or decades into the future.
