Responsibilities We are currently seeking an assertive, take-charge, socially fluid Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a personable, amiable, results-driven individual comfortable with making many phone calls to prospects and conducting face-to-face interactions in the field with potential and existing customers. The candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time and will be responsible for the following duties: * Technical Concepts: The candidate should understand technical concepts related to our products and services and be able to effectively communicate technical information to clients with varying levels of technical expertise. * Renew Support Contracts: The candidate will renew support contracts with existing clients. They should be able to convince clients to renew their support contracts by emphasizing the benefits and addressing any concerns the client may have. * Upgrade Systems: The candidate will be responsible for convincing clients over the phone to upgrade their systems. They should be able to understand technical concepts and convey the benefits of upgrading to clients in a clear and concise manner. * Phone Prospecting: The candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of phone calls to prospects and existing clients. They should be able to engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, answering questions and providing support as needed. * Accurate Data Entry: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system. They should have strong data entry skills and pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy. Skills * Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; 4+ years of experience in a similar role, in a technical or sales environment. * Ability to handle a high volume of prospecting and client calls in a professional manner. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features effectively. * Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * ability to effectively convey technical concepts to clients. * Experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
