As a Sales Consultant , you will effectively engage customers in a professional and exciting boat buying experience while providing outstanding customer service. This is a performance-based, 100 % COMMISSION ONLY position, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated and results-driven individuals. Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and product knowledge * Proactively engage with potential customers in the community * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable watersports solutions * Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client relationships * Foster long-term customer loyalty and encourage referrals * Stay informed on industry trends, events, and share updates with clients * Explain warranties and dealership service policies clearly * Ensure compliance with all relevant sales and financing regulations * Support and participate in promotional events such as boat shows and auctions Requirements: * Bilingual Skill is a plus. (Spanish preferred) * Proven sales success, ideally in the marine or related industry * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Skilled in negotiation and closing sales * Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset * Excellent time management and multitasking abilities * Proficient in CRM and sales tracking software Bonita Boat Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
