Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Duties

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products or services - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on features and benefits - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual language skills (preferred) - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Skills: - Sales management - Automotive sales - Bilingual - Outside sales - Sales pipeline - Phone etiquette - Outbound sales - Retail math - Public speaking - Inventory control Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
