Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Mobile Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while assisting customers with their mobile device needs. Your expertise will help customers navigate their options, ensuring they find the right products and services to enhance their mobile experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their mobile needs and provide tailored solutions. * Demonstrate and sell mobile devices, accessories, and services effectively. * Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the point of sale (POS) system. * Maintain stock levels and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing. * Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Utilize basic math skills to assist in retail math calculations for inventory management. * Uphold excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Proficiency in cash handling procedures and familiarity with POS systems. * Basic math skills are essential for managing transactions and inventory. * Experience in supervising or mentoring staff is a plus. * A genuine interest in technology, particularly mobile devices, is highly desirable. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
