Sterling Battery Company services the Northwest distributing batteries for Car, Truck, Commercial, Military, Agriculture, Powersports, Marine, RV, Deep Cycle, Scissor/Ariel Lift, Solar battery bank, UPS battery bank, Emergency / Alarm battery and Mobility markets and applications. We are searching for an energetic and driven sales representative with automotive and Parts experience. You would be great in this position if you thrive off building relationships with customers, helping them understand their product needs, and creating value and an overall positive experience for our customers!! We will train regarding batteries. We cover many markets which allows for diversification. We have an established customer base, one that consists of many clients we've known for 30+ years!! And we want to build on that trust. As Parts Counter associate, you will be servicing those valued existing clients, while always on the hunt for potential new customers. You will be maintaining existing accounts and setting up new accounts. Work weeks Monday - Friday and Saturdays as needed. Must be able to lift, pull and carry 75 lbs. routinely. Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a drug, background check and provide a copy of MVR. Must have legible handwriting and reasonable math skills. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
• Process sales transactions accurately, utilizing math skills for pricing and upselling.
• Maintain inventory levels and merchandise displays to enhance product visibility.
• Drive to various locations as needed to deliver products or assist with sales.
• Organize and manage stock, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
