• Crew Member - Outgoing Beginner Photographer and Sales Person
• Who We Are: PhotoMules is a fast growing sports photography company delivering printed excellence at youth sports tournaments around the country. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and efficient turnaround time for our clients.
• Who We 're Looking For: We are looking for sales driven and highly motivated individuals excited to travel and capture memories! Our ideal candidate is: A natural salesperson - You enjoy engaging with customers and closing sales confidently. Social - Interacting with parents and athletes comes naturally, and you know how to build rapport. Goal-driven - You thrive on meeting sales targets and love the challenge of commission-based earnings. Adaptable and coachable - Willing to learn and implement sales strategies to maximize results. High-energy team player - You bring enthusiasm to the event and know how to create excitement around our products. Comfortable on their feet - This role involves walking up to 10 miles per day at busy sports venues. Available on weekends - Our events take place Friday-Sunday and require travel.

• What You 'll Be Doing: This position is70% sales and 30% photography , focusing on maximizing sales at sports tournaments while assisting with photography duties. Your responsibilities will include: Sales and Customer Experience-
• Actively sell our photography products to parents and athletes at youth sports events.
• Demonstrate product value and create urgency to drive sales.
• Upsell and close deals using proven sales techniques.
• Build relationships with customers to increase conversions. Photography-
• Assist with team and individual photos before games.
• Capture sample images to drive interest and boost sales.
• Help with event setup & breakdown, ensuring a smooth operation.

Compensation
